you know i've loved journaling in the past but my life is so hectic now and i started the journey of doing a digital journal using kin app has really helped me with some major breakthrough. you guys are on to something. the holy grail of self development books, tony robbins courses, etc is missing a tool like Kin. I'll start blogging about the process and how it's helping me. better than anything i've tried so far and i've tried it all. from lsd, dmt, to ultra running 100 miles races, 7 full ironman, therapy, tony robbins courses, 100k course with week long session with tharv ecker group to 10 days silent vipassana retreat. the past 6 days probably gave me the best insight and sense of hope that self help (a crazy concept since if you can help your self, you would have done it already!!) could actually work with a tool like kin!
